To generate (bring into existence) love, peace and joy with whatever means available, to at least one person every day.

Insight: Evolve means “to change or develop into a better, or more advanced state.”

Story: As I was pondering life and evolution during a very deep meditation, I was granted the following:

To evolve, “one” must be open to feel absolutely everything within our world, (to be one with/we are one) including its huge pain and suffering. I imagined and felt that deeply for some moments. It was overwhelming. “What comes from that,” I asked, “and how does one then, deal with it? How can I help?” The answer arrived quickly. "Very simply. With great focus one must, mentally and emotionally, switch all of the overwhelming feelings of pain and suffering, into feelings of extreme joy and love."

After allowing this in, and thinking about how many people give so much more than I do; careers in healthcare, teachers, spiritual leaders, some, their lives. “What have I ever done?” Again, the answer was immediate. "You are perfect, you help people feel better with positive energy, kind comments and smiles." And then, it felt as though huge love, understanding and knowledge erupted inside my entire being. -Karen Anna Ez
